These are the Terms and conditions that you must agree to in order for iTronics Repair to repair or diagnose your iPod.

In the process of repairing your iPod, some or all of your songs may be lost. Please make sure that all of your data and songs on your iPod are backed up before you send it to iTronics Repair. iTronics Repair, its employees and/or affiliates are in no way responsible for the loss of data on your iPod.
When shipping your iPod to iTronics Repair, you are required to insure your iPod for the full amount. iTronics Repair, its employees and/or affiliates are in no way responsible if your iPod is lost or broken during shipping. This is the mail service's responsibility, and if you don't insure it we can do nothing about it. We will also insure your iPod when we return it to the address provided.
Under no circumstances will iTronics Repair pay more than the original cost of the iPod, or $200, whichever is lower, in the case that some part is damaged on iTronics Repair's behalf.
Before sending your iPod to iTronics Repair, assure that all warranties with Apple or the company from which you purchased your iPod are already void or useless to you. In order to replace parts on an iPod, the iPod must be opened which voids all previous warranties. iTronics Repair is NOT responsible for these voided warranties.
Return Shipping is non-refundable.
iTronics Repair provides a limited warranty over all parts replaced by iTronics Repair for 6 Months after the time of service. If you have any question regarding what this warranty covers, please contact iTronics Repair directly.
If your iPod remains with us for over 90 days without contact, your iPod will be claimed for parts.
iTronics Repair is in no way affiliated with Apple, and iPod is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.
In any situation, iTronics Repair will be as courteous as possible. Please be understanding and we can figure any problems out quickly and efficiently.
